Hypnosis Therapy Success Stories
I came to Deborah Vaughn because of my chronic back
pain. I didn’t expect her to take the pain away, I just wanted to be able to sit through all of my church service. Deborah asked me to what my pain level was between 1 and 10 with 10 being the most pain. I told her I was at an 8. When I opened my eyes after a hypnosis session, tears were streaming down my face. She asked me again at what level of pain was I at and I answered her truthfully that the pain was gone. Both of us knew the pain would come back eventually, but during the next several sessions, Deborah taught me how to use hypnosis on myself so that I could sit through an entire church service. What a blessing Deborah has been in my life!
I am so thankful for the day that Deborah Vaughn decided to get her Masters in Psychology. Our son is alive today because she made that decision. Diagnosed at 16 with ADD, and the depression that comes with it, and after going to countless therapists, we found “Deb”. She has been the person who could first of all reach him, make him feel good about himself, and let him know that a therapist can care about you. He saw her on a regular basis for two years and now sees her as needed. I truly believe my son would not be here if it were not for Ms. Vaughn. I don’t know what it is about Deb’s therapy, but it sure works. Now a senior in college,ADD is still a struggle, but my son is learning what he needs to do to work around it. Because of Deb’s compassion and understanding, my son plans to go to grad school to obtain a degree in psychology. She changed his life and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help. She is the best!
During a session I had with Deborah, I casually mentioned that I sang in my church choir.
I told her that I was having difficulty keeping my air flow up and forward in my sinuses while singing. My voice teacher said I was not consistent with this. During the next session that Deborah used hypnosis with me, she incorporated suggestions to help me with this problem. I couldn’t wait to call Deborah the next day to tell her how well I had performed my church solo. My instructor told me it was the best I had ever done and that I did it perfectly. My singing brought tears to the audience. The suggestions Deborah used during my hypnosis session were perfect for me!
Deb Vaughn is an excellent therapist for several reasons. One, she has a great ability to hone in on your problem. Two, she shows great compassion when you need that, but also isn’t afraid to be tough for your own good. She’s there for you and that matters most. She always gives 110% to each session and works hard to get things right. I met Deb when I needed someone most to heal my wounds. I’m a different person now thanks to her and owe her everything for turning my life around. To me, a therapy is a work session as much as a gym works your body, a therapy session works your mind. You have to do the work, but you need someone who can guide you through it and not just be a sympathetic ear. If you want change, I highly recommend Deb Vaughn.
